Senior Analyst - Project Planning & Control

We are looking for an experienced Project Planning professional to support PMO functions through project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting across Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure projects. The role focuses on driving project excellence through effective project controls and governance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Monitor project progress, perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA), and implement mitigation plans for schedule delays.
Prepare and track CAPEX/OPEX budgets, forecasts, and cost variances.
Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to evaluate project performance.
Maintain project risk registers and support contingency planning activities.
Prepare PMO dashboards and executive reports using Power BI and Excel.
Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, and change control processes.
Requirements:
5-11 years of experience in Project Planning, Project Controls, or PMO roles.
Experience in Power Utilities, EPC, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy projects preferred.
Good understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project governance practices.
Project Planning & Scheduling.
Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Project Controls and PMO Reporting.
Earned Value Management (EVM).
Cost Estimation & Variance Analysis.
Risk Management.
Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
