Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve dumps, locks, and work process errors.
Administer SAP users, roles, authorisations, and system security.
Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP systems across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
Manage transport requests, client copies, system refreshes, and SAP kernel or support package updates.
Support database administration, backup and recovery activities, and routine system maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience managing SAP transports using STMS and supporting system refresh or client copy activities.
Familiarity with SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementation, and system maintenance.
Basic understanding of database administration, backup, and recovery processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and administration.
Knowledge of SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
