Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
You will be provided a detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
The decisions that you make would impact your own work.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Manages the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure and capital assets, from strategic planning and engineering to construction, operations, and compliance.
Quantity surveying manages costs in construction by estimating, budgeting, and controlling project expenses.
Prepare draft Bills of Quantities in line with NRM2 CESMM4 or other UK-standard methods of measurement.
Requirements:
Skills required: IX Infrastructure and Capital Projects, Quantity Surveying.
Qualifications: BE/BTech (civil and mechanical).
Years of experience: 0 to 5 years.
Looking for skilled quantity surveyors proficient in international rules of measurements and foreign projects.
Pre-construction BOQ experience is beneficial.
International Rules of Measurement like SMM7 NRM, POMI, and CESMM.
CostX, quantity surveyor, quantity surveying, AutoCAD.
Proficient in digital takeoff and measurement tools such as CostX, AutoCAD, or Mudshark.
