Senior ServiceNow Developer

Experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in implementing, customising, and integrating GRC modules on the ServiceNow platform. Proven ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Adept at translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with managers to determine security needs.
Experience in project delivery and team management.
Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and synchronisation.
Support pre-sales efforts, including effort estimations, technical solutioning, and proposal preparation.
Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms
Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements.
Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.
Requirements:
Must have skills: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
Good to have skills: Security Architecture Design.
Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area.
ServiceNow certifications.
Responsible for installation, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow GRC Platform.
Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus.
Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, and Bwise is a plus.
Very good communication and customer management skills.
Excellent command of English (verbal/written).
Hands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.
Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to the Service Portal.
Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.
Hands-on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
