About the role

Responsibilities:
Manage Oracle database backup, recovery, and restore activities using RMAN.
Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and optimise database performance.
Perform database administration activities including security, user management, capacity planning, and production support.
Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle databases across development, testing, and production environments.
Requirements:
Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, or high availability solutions.
Hands-on experience administering Oracle Database environments.
Familiarity with database performance tuning using AWR, ADDM, ASH, or Oracle performance monitoring tools.
Experience with database patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of RMAN backup, recovery, and database restoration.
