Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Develop and support automation using Flow Designer and Service Catalogue items.
Support ServiceNow enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data-related issues.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement and improve ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience configuring forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Experience using Flow Designer, Service Catalogue, or workflow automation.
Familiarity with Update Sets, instance management, and deployment processes.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, or ServiceNow integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
