Responsibilities:
Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery solutions.
Configure and maintain MID Servers, credentials, Discovery schedules, and Discovery jobs.
Support CMDB administration, CI management, and Discovery troubleshooting.
Assist with CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and configuration management activities.
Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and platform enhancements.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
Basic understanding of CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), and CI relationships.
Familiarity with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) or CMDB management concepts.
Experience supporting implementations, testing, deployments, and production support.
