Delivery Operations Team Lead - FP&A

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Team Lead - FP& A to support Finance Operations through financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business performance management. The role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, improve forecast accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. The candidate should have strong expertise in FP& A, P& L analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, SG& A, working capital, and cost-of-sales analysis, along with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder/client communication.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP& A).
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Strong understanding of P& L and financial performance drivers.
Experience with SG& A, working capital, and cost of sales reporting/analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful management reports.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and coordinating team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely delivery.
