An experienced AI/Automation Engineer to design and implement agentic AI-based automation solutions across Datacenter Services (VMware, Wintel, Linux, Database), End User Computing, and Network Services. The candidate will leverage AI/ML technologies to optimize operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery for a healthcare client environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components.
Collaborate with the integration architects and data architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
Develop and deploy AI-driven automation workflows for data center and network operations.
Integrate automation with existing platforms (VMware, Windows/Linux servers, databases, SD-WAN, etc. ).
Implement predictive analytics for capacity planning, incident prevention, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with tower leads to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
Build and maintain scripts, bots, and AI agents for routine tasks and self-healing systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and security protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's in computer science/technology/engineering, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in AI/ML, VMware, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to observability platforms and predictive monitoring.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AI agents and workflow integration.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.

Core Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills in Python, PowerShell, or Java.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
Infrastructure Expertise:
VMware virtualization, Windows/Linux administration.
Database management (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
Networking fundamentals (SD-WAN, Cisco, Juniper).
Automation Tools:
Ansible, Terraform, or similar IaC tools.
API integration and scripting for automation.
Other Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in healthcare IT compliance is a plus.
