Global Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in global recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably handling US recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.
Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer coordination.
Manage recruitment across international/global markets, with strong exposure to US Recruitment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business teams to meet hiring targets.
