Location ? Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai. Candidates should be willing to work in Hybrid mode from any of these office locations from Day 1.
Shift Timing ? 9 AM to 6PM IST
Strong Python experience and foundational knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). These contractors will support application development, API integration, authentication and authorization workflows, and related platform modernization activities.
The ideal candidates can contribute across the technology stack and are comfortable learning organization-specific CIAM patterns through a structured bootcamp.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and modern front-end technologies.
Build, integrate, and test RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement authentication, authorization, user lifecycle, and access-control integrations.
Support CIAM capabilities such as:
OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
SAML and single sign-on
Multifactor authentication
Role-based access control
User registration, login, and account recovery
Token management and API security
Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and other developers.
Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
Troubleshoot defects and support application deployments.
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical documentation.
Follow secure development, DevSecOps, and enterprise engineering practices.
Complete the CIAM bootcamp and apply the concepts in project delivery.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong Python development experience using one or more of:
FastAPI
Django
Flask
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience with Git-based source control and Agile delivery.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automated testing.
Basic understanding of CIAM, IAM, or application security concepts.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWTs, or identity federation.
Experience integrating applications with an enterprise identity provider or CIAM platform.
Familiarity with cloud services, containers, and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and API security.
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
Relevant cloud, Python, security, or identity certifications.
