Project Manager

A Fortune 200 global organisation is standing up its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding delivery team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, where you will set how projects get run from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will own delivery end to end, turning goals into clear plans, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and giving leadership an honest view of progress and risk.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Delivery
Own project scope, timelines, and budgets from kickoff to close
Build and maintain plans, milestones, and clear delivery roadmaps
Coordinate engineering, operations, and business teams to keep work on track
Risk & Reporting
Identify risks and dependencies early and drive practical mitigation
Report status, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years managing projects across cross-functional teams
Strong planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfort with project tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project-management certification
Exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational environment
Experience standing up delivery processes in a new team
