Application Support Engineer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Product Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
Work with development to create runbooks.
Scripting and Automation:
Develop and maintain scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to automate routine tasks and processes.
Implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of AWS operations.
Database Management:
Work with various databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift to manage data storage, retrieval, and processing.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and external use.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years.
Proficiency in the Python scripting language.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift.
Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
AWS: Should have a basic understanding of AWS services and terminology.
