Role Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning and delivery, keep trackers and timelines current, and help teams stay coordinated and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Tracking
Maintain project plans, trackers, and task lists day to day
Coordinate meetings, notes, action items, and follow-ups
Keep documentation and status updates accurate and current
Support & Communication
Help flag risks, blockers, and slipping timelines early
Support project managers across planning and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
0 to 2 years in a project, coordination, or operations role; freshers welcome
Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
Comfort with spreadsheets and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
An internship or project exposure in a startup or tech team
Awareness of Agile or Scrum ways of working
A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
