About the Company
A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its HR Business Partner. You will help build people practices for a marquee organisation as it scales from its first cohorts to a full centre. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will support technology and operations leaders on hiring, performance, and people programs, keeping HR practices consistent with the bank's global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership
Advise technology and operations leaders on org structure and workforce planning
Guide managers through performance reviews, calibration, and promotion cycles
Handle employee relations matters with discretion and in line with policy
Governance & Programs
Ensure HR practices meet the bank's global governance and compliance standards
Support annual talent-review, engagement, and compensation-planning cycles
Partner with recruitment and L&D to close skill gaps within the client group
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 to 9 years in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles, ideally in BFSI
Comfort operating within a controls-heavy, highly regulated environment
Strong judgement on employee relations and compliance matters
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a bank, NBFC, or other regulated financial institution
Exposure to global HR governance frameworks and audits
Familiarity with tools such as Workday or PeopleSoft
