Human Resources Specialist

A US fintech scaling its India team has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Human Resources Specialist who can be the primary point of contact for employees across a workforce that is doubling roughly every year.
What the role covers
Manage end to end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations and exits
Act as first point of contact for employee queries on policy, benefits and HR processes
Maintain accurate HR records and support statutory compliance requirements across India entities
Support recruiting coordination, background verification and offer processing during high hiring volume periods

Growing this fast means policies get written and rewritten in real time, and this role often means being the person translating a headquarters policy decision into something that actually works for an India based team. You will be expected to flag when a global process does not fit local labour law or local expectations, not just implement it as is.
What we need in this role
Two to five years as an HR generalist or HR specialist, solid working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance basics, comfort with an HRIS, and strong written and verbal communication for a fast moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR or Remote (India).
