Orchid Pharma Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Business Manager to join our Critical Care business and drive growth across key corporate hospitals through strategic account management, strong customer relationships and effective market execution.
Role Details
Position: Corporate Business Manager – Critical Care
Experience: 5–8 years in Critical Care, preferably Antimicrobials
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA or relevant qualification
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned corporate hospitals.
Develop account-specific sales plans based on hospital systems, decision-makers, antibiotic consumption patterns and market dynamics.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, SKU-wise sales, volumes and pricing/discounts to identify business opportunities.
Identify and prioritise key corporate hospitals and accounts for focused coverage.
Build strong relationships with KOLs, HODs, procurement teams and other key decision-makers.
Recommend and execute relevant customer engagement, promotional and business development initiatives.
Ensure timely resolution of customer, team and distribution-related challenges.
Maintain strong commercial discipline and legal/regulatory compliance.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans across the assigned territory.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of hospital-based pharmaceutical business, particularly Critical Care/Antimicrobials.
Proven experience in corporate hospital sales and key account management.
Good understanding of hospital procurement and purchase decision-making processes.
Strong analytical, relationship management and influencing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital sales/reporting tools.
Willingness to undertake significant travel within the assigned region.
