Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Role Accountabilities
Maintain records of all clinical supplies, Investigational Products (IP) and other IP related supplies.
Receipt, Identification and storage of Investigational products.
Obtain randomization schedule from biostatistician before the start of the study or as per the study requirement.
Dispensing of Investigational products according to the randomization schedule.
Administration of investigational products to the study Participants.
Maintain Accountability, Archiving, Disposal/Return of Investigational Products records.
Preparation of labels as required for the handling of IPs.
Coordinate with Investigator as required for IMP related issues.
Maintain Temperature and Humidity monitoring records for respective area and equipment.
Maintenance of pharmacy cleaning activities.
Coordinate for calibration/validation/maintenance of pharmacy instruments / equipment’s with EAM and vendors.
Authorize entry of staff and visitors to Pharmacy, if necessary, only and accompany them during pharmacy visit.
To carry out any other responsibility as and when assigned by the Head-Human Pharmacology Unit / Head-Syngene Translational & clinical research
