You will turn the numbers into the insight that guides how the business spends and grows. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Management Accountant, you will own internal reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, giving leadership a clear, decision-ready view of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Budgeting
Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports
Build and track budgets and rolling forecasts
Analyse cost centres, margins, and unit economics
Insight & Partnering
Run variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership
Partner with teams to plan and control spend
Support close and keep reporting accurate and timely
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in management accounting, FP&A, or cost analysis
Strong grasp of management reporting and budgeting
Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting systems
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
CMA, CIMA, CA Inter, or an MBA in Finance
Experience in SaaS, startup, or subscription-revenue businesses
Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and CAC
