Ensuring safety of self, teams, and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace.
Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
Compliance to Syngene’s quality standards at all times
Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals.
Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of analytical Scientist
Maintain cleanliness of lab and instrumentation area
Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards always
Method development and validation
Follow the GDP for documents
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in analytical workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with process development, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Desired Attributes
Strong expertise in chromatographic (HPLC, UPLC, GC), spectroscopic (NMR, MS, UV, IR), and other analytical techniques.
Knowledge on ICH, GMP, GLP and global regulatory guidelines.
Experience supporting drug substance development from early phase to commercial manufacturing.
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Qualification – M.Sc. Chemistry
