🚨 We’re Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Loan Operations
📌 Experience: 1–4 Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Loan Operations Team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily loan cases and ensure timely processing within defined TATs.
• Coordinate with lenders and Sales Teams for smooth application processing and closure of pending requirements.
• Monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
• Handle loan-related escalations and customer/learner complaints.
• Guide the Sales Team on pending requirements, rejected/non-approved cases, and possible resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential cases of mis-selling or non-compliance.
• Analyse recurring operational challenges and work with stakeholders to improve the loan journey.
• Coordinate with lenders for course/goal mapping, re-mapping, and enabling required goals on loan forms.
• Support the Sales Team with payment failures and other loan-related concerns.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong command of Hindi & English, with excellent English written communication.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of loan processing and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and escalations within strict TATs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
