Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic role based in Meerut. The Academic team member will design and deliver high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, practice questions, and assessments aligned with relevant curricula and exam patterns. The role involves conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners, addressing doubts, and tracking learner progress to improve outcomes. The individual will collaborate with other educators and content specialists to create engaging, learner-centric materials, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and participate in academic planning and review meetings.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant academic domain, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
Proficiency in curriculum planning, lesson design, and assessment creation, including question setting and evaluation.
Effective classroom delivery and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics.
Comfort with using educational technology platforms and basic digital tools to support teaching, content creation, and learner communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable regional languages, with a focus on clarity and pedagogy.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities to track student performance, interpret data, and implement academic improvements.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional academic teams and maintain a professional, learner-first approach.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education or subject specialization); teaching or coaching experience for competitive exams or school/college curricula is highly beneficial.
