🚨 We're Hiring | UGC Intern - Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
Are you always discovering new creators on Instagram and YouTube? Do you understand content trends, love brainstorming campaign ideas, and enjoy connecting with people?
Unacademy is looking for a UGC Intern to join our Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships team.
What You'll Do
Scout and identify relevant influencers and UGC creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
Reach out to creators and manage communication end-to-end.
Assist with commercial negotiations, deliverables and timelines.
Coordinate with creators to ensure timely content delivery.
Brainstorm campaign ideas, content hooks and trending formats.
Maintain influencer databases and track campaign performance.
Support the execution of UGC campaigns across multiple categories.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and short-form content trends.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
Genuine interest in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships and Social Media.
Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing or social media is a plus.
