Role Overview
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will own the processes that keep stores and channels running well, from inventory and merchandising standards to store performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Channel Operations
Own retail SOPs, merchandising standards, and store compliance
Coordinate inventory, replenishment, and stock accuracy across locations
Drive consistency in customer experience across the network
Performance & Improvement
Track store performance, sales, and operational KPIs
Build dashboards and reporting for regional and brand leadership
Identify gaps and roll out practical operational improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in retail operations, store operations, or area management
A process-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and operational reporting
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to retail, FMCG, or consumer-brand environments
Experience managing multi-store or multi-channel operations
Familiarity with POS, inventory, or retail-analytics tools
