Manager – Operations Excellence & Productivity

We are looking for a Manager – Project Management & Execution to drive productivity and efficiency across Swish's kitchens, warehouses and central kitchen.You will work closely with operations teams to identify productivity gaps, analyse how work gets done on the ground, and implement initiatives that improve speed, efficiency and manpower
productivity.
What You Will Work On
Productivity & Efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve kitchen preparation time and team productivity.
Conduct time-motion studies and benchmark performance across stores.
Build and execute productivity improvement plans.
Process Improvement
Analyse operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Implement improvement initiatives across kitchens, warehouses and the central kitchen.
Track impact of initiatives through relevant productivity metrics.
Project Execution
Work with operations and other teams to drive improvement projects end-to-end.
Track timelines, dependencies and outcomes to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
Who We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing or operations.
Experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce or FMCG is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on-ground and understanding operational processes.
Ability to use data to identify problems and drive improvements.
Strong ownership and execution skills.
Mechanical Engineering or Operations Research background.
Graduates from top engineering colleges in their state preferred.
