Program Manager – Expansion

We are looking for a Program Manager – Expansion to work closely with the Expansion Head and act as the execution layer across Expansion, Maintenance, LEA and Procurement.
You will ensure projects stay on track by coordinating teams, tracking milestones, solving bottlenecks and giving leadership clear visibility on progress.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think on their feet, work with ambiguity and get things done.
What You Will Work On
Program & Project Management
Build and maintain project plans, timelines and trackers, while tracking milestones, owners, dependencies and overall progress across multiple expansion projects.
Cross-functional Execution & Bottleneck Management
Coordinate with Expansion, Maintenance, LEA, Procurement and other teams to drive deliverables, proactively identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and ensure blockers are resolved or escalated in time.
Kitchen Launches & Leadership Reporting
Own end-to-end tracking of new kitchen launches, ensuring all teams are aligned on readiness and launch timelines, while providing the Expansion Head with regular updates on progress, risks, delays and key actions.
Process Improvement & Systems
Identify recurring execution gaps and inefficiencies, and build standardized processes, dashboards and systems that improve visibility, accountability and make the expansion process more predictable and efficient.
Who We're Looking For
Final-year students or graduates with 0–1 years of experience.
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong Signals
Top engineering college or business school.
Startup, consulting or high-growth company experience.
Entrepreneurship or demonstrated ownership of projects.
Leadership experience in college or extracurricular activities.
