Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce.com and its ecosystem, enabling them to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our business processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Implement Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing systems.
Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including configuration, customization, and development.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
Familiarity with Salesforce data model and security features.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
