Executive Assistant

A Fortune 200 global organisation is establishing its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire the executive-support backbone for its leadership team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, supporting the people who will shape the centre. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will keep senior leaders organised and ahead of their day - owning calendars, travel, and communication so they can focus on the decisions that matter.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Coordination
Manage complex calendars across time zones and protect leadership focus time
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups to completion
Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, and itineraries
Communication and Office Support
Draft, screen, and prioritise emails and correspondence on behalf of leaders
Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and meeting documentation
Handle expenses, approvals, and confidential records with discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 6 years supporting senior leaders as an executive or administrative assistant
Strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
Polished written and spoken English and sound judgement with confidential information
A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to a GCC, multinational, or large corporate environment
Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
Experience coordinating across global time zones
