Role Description The Financial Professional role at MOFSL in Kanpur is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing clients with comprehensive financial guidance and solutions. In this role, the professional will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their risk profiles, and develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and financial data, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and recommending appropriate products and services across the firm’s offerings. The role also involves regular client meetings, clear communication of financial insights and updates, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Financial Professional is expected to uphold MOFSL’s standards of ethical conduct, customer-first service, and research-backed advice.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to develop, evaluate, and implement client-centric financial strategies.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess market conditions, and support investment recommendations.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and explain financial statements and performance reports.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to build client relationships, present complex information simply, and collaborate with internal teams.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, NISM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in wealth management, retail or institutional broking, financial advisory, or related financial services roles is preferred.
Ability to work with financial tools and software, strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
