Custom Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Custom Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, enhancing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to deliver scalable and reliable solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, participating in technical discussions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules and applications.
Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and related components.
Work on ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow components for performance and reliability.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
Document development processes, configurations, and code changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills: ServiceNow.
Hands-on ServiceNow development and customization, ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/UI actions, workflows/Flow Designer, ServiceNow integrations, REST / SOAP APIs.
Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in ServiceNow application development, ServiceNow customization, scripting, integration development, configuration and enhancement, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.
15 years of full-time education is required.
