Hiring: HR Coordinator – Off-Roll | Chennai
We are looking for an HR Coordinator (Off-Roll) to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance, leave & HR records management
HR reports & compliance support
Employee query & engagement support
Coordination with HR & Operations teams
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
MS Office/HRIS knowledge preferred.
Experience in logistics/warehouse operations is an advantage.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years in HR
Job Location: Busy Bees Logistics Pvt Ltd (Xpressbees), Poonamallee, Chennai
