Role Description The executive role at XpressBees is a full-time, on-site position based in Latur. The executive will oversee day-to-day operations related to shipment handling, order processing, and coordination with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, resolving operational issues, updating shipment and inventory records, and supporting process improvements aligned with company standards. The role involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers, adherence to safety and compliance guidelines, and contribution to performance reporting and data analysis. The executive is expected to maintain a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within the local logistics hub.
Qualifications
Strong operational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily logistics activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Basic data and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and inventory or shipment management systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, service partners, and customers.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address delivery issues, optimize processes, and support performance improvement.
Attention to detail and adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards in all operational activities.
Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Latur and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
