Ability to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and provide effective solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of the financial services industry and KYC regulations.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proactive team player with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.

· Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
· Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention in a short span of time to avoid client escalation.
· Build domain expertise and demonstrate strong process knowledge.
· Help knowledge management endeavour by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.
