Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Swarupnagar. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions, through regular visits and product discussions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing territory coverage, organizing appointments, providing product information and samples, and following up to strengthen professional relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activity, ensuring timely reporting and documentation, and adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines. The Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams for marketing initiatives, participate in trainings, and contribute to market feedback and insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and target achievement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with healthcare professionals.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships and address stakeholder needs professionally.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product benefits, indications, and compliance requirements.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field, with strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, reporting software, office productivity tools) for documentation and communication.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage, along with familiarity with the local healthcare market in Swarupnagar.
