7+ years of overall IT/HRMS experience.
4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors PMGM experience.
Expertise in:
Goal Management
Performance Management
Calibration
CPM
360 Reviews
Route Maps
Competencies
Performance Ratings
Form Templates
Goal Templates
Permissions & RBP
Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations.
Experience in Support and Enhancement projects.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Experience in business process mapping and requirements analysis
