In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
High School certificate or above
At least 3 years of working experience in a 5-star category hotel
Minimum of 1 year as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel
Knowledgeable in HACCP
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
Lead, train and support the stewarding team while promoting Hilton’s Blue Energy, Vision and Values.
Maintain strong communication with kitchen and hotel departments, reporting issues and supporting operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of products.
Oversee cleaning and stewarding operations, including kitchen sanitation, waste management, wash-up services and equipment upkeep.
Monitor stock levels, follow hotel policies and procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with meetings, projects and operational changes as required.
