Bellatrix Aerospace is a fast-growing space technology company focused on developing cutting edge propulsion systems and innovative solutions for the new space economy. We are looking
for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Director and CEO in managing their daily operations and communications.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing all emails, correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the Director and CEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Prepare, proof-read and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document retrieval and management.
• Liaise between the Director/CEO and internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct research and gather relevant data to provide summaries and analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate and ensure timely creation of travel schedules, book tickets and apply for visa. Support on travel expense accounting.
• Ensure smooth office operations and follow up on pending tasks.
• Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to leadership as required.
• Preparation of meeting agendas, remainders, minutes and follow-ups.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
