What You’ll Do:
Plan & Execute Lifecycle Campaigns
Own end-to-end execution of campaigns across Web Push, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and SMS—from strategy and content planning to testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
CRM Ownership & Optimization
Manage and optimize CRM platforms to ensure high data accuracy, smart segmentation, and personalized communication at scale.
Customer Journey Design
Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and workflows to nurture leads, drive ticket sales, and improve retention and repeat visits.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, product, tech, and business teams to align lifecycle campaigns with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals.
Experimentation & Continuous Optimization
Run A/B and multivariate tests across channels, analyse results, and continuously optimize messaging, timing, and targeting.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Track campaign performance and user behaviour and convert insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth.
Innovation & Best Practices
Stay updated on CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing trends, including compliance with GDPR, email, and messaging regulations.
Creative Enablement
Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-performing, and brand-consistent templates and campaign assets.
KPIs & Success Metrics
You’ll be measured on:
Campaign open rates, CTRs, and engagement rates
Conversion rate from campaigns to ticket purchases / bookings
Repeat visitation & retention metrics
Revenue contribution from CRM and lifecycle channels
Journey performance (drop-offs, completion rates)
Incremental lift from A/B experiments
CRM database health (deliverability, opt-ins, segmentation quality)
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in CRM or growth marketing within a digital-first business.
Strong customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear growth insights.
