Proven hands-on experience managing racks, cabling, hardware installations, and decommissioning across multi-cabinet environments.
Experience supporting office technology rooms or comms rooms, including IDF and MDF environments, in addition to core datacentres.
Strong working knowledge of datacentre power and cooling concepts, including PDUs, UPS, dual feeds, capacity management, and hot aisle or cold aisle design.

Experience working with remote management and operational tooling, including technologies such as IPMI, iDRAC, iLO, console servers, ServiceNow, Jira, and DCIM or CMDB platforms.
