IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/Partner to join our First Private team in the South region. As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the South region
Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized banking and wealth management solutions
Cross-sell various banking products and services, including investment products, insurance, and loans
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert financial advice and guidance
Collaborate with other teams within the bank, such as investment advisors and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investment products, and insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local market and regulations is preferred
Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or CAIA are a plus
