A business-process outsourcing firm serving mid-market clients abroad, growing its India delivery bench, is hiring through Flexiple to bring in a Vendor Operations Manager for its subcontracted-delivery lines.

The seat
A share of this firm's client work is routed to smaller delivery partners and freelance pods rather than run entirely in-house, and that network has grown faster than the governance around it. Invoices come in on different cycles, SLA definitions vary partner to partner, and nobody currently owns the full roster end to end. This role is that owner.
What you would take on
Own the lifecycle of third-party delivery partners: onboarding, contract renewal, performance tracking and, where needed, offboarding
Set and enforce SLA and quality benchmarks per partner, with a monthly scorecard reviewed against client commitments
Reconcile partner invoices against delivered volumes before they reach finance
Run the escalation path when a partner slips, including corrective-action plans and, when warranted, re-sourcing the work
Negotiate rate cards and renewal terms alongside procurement and the account leads
What we need
Two to eight years managing third-party vendors, staffing partners, or outsourced delivery lines, ideally inside a BPO, ITES, or shared-services environment. You should be comfortable reading a contract closely, holding a partner accountable on a call without burning the relationship, and building a scorecard from scratch when none exists. Working knowledge of Excel-based reconciliation is expected; exposure to a ticketing or vendor-management tool is a plus, not a requirement.

Placement is with the client, on-site out of Noida or Kolkata; this seat is not offered as a remote role given how much of it is in-person partner reviews.
