You will sit on the first line of defense keeping the product's uptime commitments intact. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a NOC Engineer, you will watch over production infrastructure and application uptime, spot issues before customers do, and coordinate fast fixes with engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Uptime Monitoring and Triage
Monitor dashboards, synthetic checks, and alerting pipelines for production systems
Classify and prioritise incidents by customer impact and severity
Coordinate with on-call engineers to restore service quickly
Process and Continuous Improvement
Own shift reports and incident timelines that feed post-incident reviews
Tune alert thresholds to cut noise and reduce false positives
Flag recurring failure patterns to the infrastructure and SRE team
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in NOC, site-reliability support, or production-monitoring roles
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure and container-based systems
Experience with monitoring or observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic
Comfort working rotating or night shifts to match global customer hours
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Basic scripting ability in Bash or Python for triage automation
Exposure to incident-management tools such as PagerDuty or Opsgenie
Prior experience in a SaaS or product-engineering environment
