Role Description The Product Manager / Product Owner — Ecommerce Automation & SaaS is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for defining product vision and roadmap for ecommerce automation and SaaS solutions, translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, engineering, and sales), prioritizing the product backlog, and overseeing end-to-end implementation of new features and improvements. The role involves analyzing user behavior and product performance data, coordinating with stakeholders to refine requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases. The Product Manager / Product Owner will also support go-to-market activities, gather feedback from users and clients, and continuously optimize the product for scalability and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for internal automation tools and customer-facing ecommerce SaaS products.
Identify manual, repetitive workflows across the business and scope automation opportunities that save time or reduce error.
Translate business requirements into a prioritized backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
Run sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, review) and act as the primary point of contact for the engineering team during execution.
Work closely with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture tradeoffs, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Define and track success metrics for shipped features (adoption, time saved, error reduction, revenue impact).
Conduct market and competitor research to inform ecommerce SaaS feature decisions.
Coordinate with design, sales, and operations to ensure products solve real, validated problems.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid role, ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or automation platforms — including defining roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and taking a product from idea to shipped feature.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and process documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
Experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, review) and acting as the primary point of contact for an engineering team during execution.
Comfortable working directly with engineers on technical feasibility, architecture tradeoffs, and build-vs-buy decisions, even without a coding background.
Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data, metrics, and user feedback to define success criteria and make prioritization calls.
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to represent both business and user perspective to a technical team and build consensus.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to launch.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced certifications in product management or agile methodologies are a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR; this is an on-site role in West Delhi.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in an ecommerce company or building ecommerce-adjacent tools (inventory, order management, logistics, catalog, payments).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Zapier/Make, or low-code automation platforms.
