Job Description
Srishti Properties is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, calling leads, explaining property projects, following up with prospects, and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide information about our real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, approvals and investment benefits.
Generate and qualify leads through effective telecalling.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a proper lead pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly calling, lead conversion and site-visit targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Guide and support junior telecallers when required.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Kannada and English communication is preferred.
Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Candidates with proven real estate telecalling experience will be preferred.
