Looking for a founding Performance Marketing Growth Partner for our doctor-backed D2C hair care brand.
What we're looking for:
Based in Delhi/NCR
3+ years of experience
Strong expertise in Meta Ads
Someone who has scaled an early-stage brand from 0 to 10, not 10 to 100
Experience working with early-stage D2C brands
Beauty, wellness or personal care experience preferred
Founder mindset. Someone who wants to build, not just manage ads.
This is not a normal salary-based job.
For the first 3-6 months, there will be no fixed salary. After that, compensation will be above market standards, depending on performance.
For the right person, we're offering up to 2-4% equity.
