Role Description The Senior Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating production planning, and monitoring progress against milestones. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed planning documents, analyzing project data, supporting project control activities, and identifying risks and resource gaps. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, and production units to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards. The Senior Planning Engineer is expected to communicate clearly with stakeholders, provide regular status reports, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for managing project timelines and resource allocation.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to track performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant experience in construction, façade engineering, or related project-based industries, preferably in a senior or lead planning role.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
