Company Description Iconic Overseas Consultant is a growing organization that supports logistics and warehousing operations for clients across various industries.
Role Description This Warehouse Worker role is an on-site position based in Russia. The Warehouse Worker will handle daily tasks such as loading and unloading goods, checking incoming and outgoing shipments, packing and labeling items, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. The role includes operating material-handling equipment where authorized, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all safety and company procedures. The Warehouse Worker will coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet shipment schedules and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, with the ability to verify orders, inspect goods, and complete basic documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Packing, including safe handling of items, labeling, and preparing orders for transport.
Candidates should possess skills in Unloading, with capability to move goods efficiently and safely from delivery vehicles to storage areas.
Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or be willing to learn and obtain required certifications where applicable.
Basic numeracy and reading skills to handle inventory counts, labels, and work instructions.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred but not always required.
