Role Description The Immigration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for advising clients on suitable immigration routes and guiding them through end-to-end application processes. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client eligibility, interpreting immigration policies, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating visa submissions for various countries and programs. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global immigration regulations, communicating application requirements clearly, and following up with clients and authorities to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes. The Immigration Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and service quality. Regular client meetings, both in-person and via digital channels, are expected to offer informed guidance and ongoing case management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of immigration issues and case management, with the ability to assess client profiles and recommend suitable pathways.
Understanding of immigration policy and relevant law, including the ability to interpret and explain regulatory requirements clearly.
Experience with global immigration processes, including familiarity with multiple destination countries and program categories.
Hands-on expertise in handling visas, including PR, study, work, business, investor, and job seeker visas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client counseling, documentation guidance, and stakeholder coordination.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and strict timelines.
Proficiency with standard office and case-tracking software; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, social sciences, or a related field; prior experience in an immigration or legal advisory role is an advantage.
