Role Description The Field Sales Executive role at Justdial is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. In this role, the executive is responsible for visiting prospective and existing business customers, presenting Justdial’s service offerings and JD Omni solutions, and demonstrating how these can support their growth and operations. Day-to-day activities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and product demos, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring accurate documentation of client information. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sales support, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service activation and customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, follow company processes, and represent Justdial professionally in the local market.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with diverse business clients and explain solutions clearly.
Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and comfort with mobile apps, web platforms, and cloud-based solutions to demonstrate Justdial and JD Omni products.
Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship management, follow-up, and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Candidates should ideally have prior field sales or retail sales experience, preferably in digital services, technology, or business solutions.
Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to travel locally within South Delhi, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet performance and target-based objectives.
