Role Description The Sales Executive1 role at Atul Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets for designated products and territories. The Sales Executive1 will conduct regular customer visits, present product solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities also include providing pre- and post-sales support, gathering market intelligence, preparing sales reports, and participating in training programs to stay updated on product portfolios and industry trends. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, customer service, and sales management to strengthen brand presence and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product features quickly and educate customers or junior team members when required.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemicals or related industries, will be beneficial.
Ability to analyze market data, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office.
Strong negotiation, time management, and territory planning skills, and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
